Thank you for your interest in Basic Skills’ Supplemental Education Enrichment Program. This program is designed to help students complete homework and strengthen academic skills.
The application process is as follows:
Mail or scan and email all of the following items to Basic Skills Assessment & Educational Services. (Click the links for access to each form)
- A completed Application for Admissions
- A completed Immunization Form (not necessary for re-enrolling students and students attending a private/public school)
- A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 payable by check or by credit card (not necessary for re-enrolling students).
Once the above items are received, the enrollment process is complete. Once accepted, a $25.00 materials fee will be due along with the first month’s tuition of $100.00. Tuition and materials fees are also non-refundable. Participation is on a month to month basis, tuition payments are due the first day of class each month your student attends.
